Welcome

We are “Committed to Excellence”, and we strive to make our website a primary source for timely information and a tool for improved communication between parents, teachers, students and other members of our community.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe environment and challenging learning experiences that allow each student to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a responsible, successful citizen.

Our Vision
Our Vision is for all students who walk through our doors, regardless of circumstances, to receive the best education possible and leave our school being the best they can be.

Leader in Me
Welti Elementary is excited to be a Leader in Me school.  Our entire faculty and staff made a commitment to work diligently to instill leadership qualities and principles in our students. Teachers will be teaching our students the 7 Habits as well as implementing them into our daily routines.  Students are encouraged to look for opportunities to be leaders at home and school.

Continuous Improvement Plan (C.I.P)
Please view our 2017-2018 Continuous Improvement Plan.  The purpose of this plan is to assess the needs of the stakeholders in the school and develop an informed, ongoing plan to improve the achievement of all students.
